Engagement with Halcyon Power Solutions Ltd is governed by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Halcyon Power Solutions Ltd provides electrical installation, testing (EICR), EV charger installation, solar PV, and maintenance services across the Midlands and nationally for commercial contracts.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are subject to a final site survey or technical assessment and may be adjusted based on actual installation requirements and material costs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual quote or invoice. Commercial contracts may be subject to staged payments. Certificates and reports (inc. EICR) will only be released once full payment has been cleared.

5. Liability

Halcyon Power Solutions Ltd carries full public liability insurance (£2.5m). We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services beyond the scope of our professional insurance coverage.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
